School day

School times are 08:45am – 3:15pm

(32.5 hours per week)

Lunch time is 12:15pm – 1:15pm

School gates open at 8:30am and close at 9:00am, as does the daily registration.

If your child arrives after 9am they will be recorded as late. Any registration after 9:15am will be recorded as an unauthorised absence. This will have a negative impact on your child’s attendance. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CHILDREN ARE IN SCHOOL ON TIME EVERY DAY.

In the afternoon the school gates open at 3:00pm and close at 3:30pm.

Drop off and pick up will be from the children’s classroom for Reception and the playground for Year 1 to Year 6.

Please make sure your child has a reusable water bottle with their name on and a healthy snack, ideally a piece of fruit, for break times.

Children will only be dismissed to a known adult. If somebody other than the main parent or carer is collecting your child, please inform the class teacher or the school office (office@willowpark.org.uk). You can also call the school office (0117 903 0434) and leave a voicemail.

Year 6 children can walk to and from school on their own, if we have got written permission from parents.
